You've Got A Friend In Me...

As mentioned in our last post, Pevely Elementary has been hard at work collecting bottle caps for their own Buddy Bench.

We can't say enough times Thank You to everyone who has collected and donated their plastic to such a great cause. Pevely held a contest to see which class could collect the most lids, and Mrs. Marshall's 1st grade class collected the most. Their class was able to celebrate by attending the dedication of the new bench, a pizza party and a free day in PE! A special Thank You to Coach Meda and Coach Cappozzo; who sponsored the project, assisting the kids in counting, collecting and storing them all.
