Life is tough but so are you

One of the signs Morgans mom had asked me to make for Morgans surprise room makeover was a quote from Stephanie Bennett-Henry. This quote later became our rally call for Morgan as she fought hard in the hospital. "Life is tough my darling but so are you", I think each of us could benefit from hearing this quote more often. When life seems to just be throwing all the things your way and you aren't sure what else you can handle; remember that although things may seem tough right now you are tougher than the obstacles that life throws your way. Throughout our grieving process there has been times when we aren't sure that we can make it through but we reach out to each other and make sure that we go through those tough times together, leaning on the strength of others to help us when we feel weak. We encourage you to find your people, the army of supporters who will be there to pick you up and remind you that no matter how tough life is, my darling you are tougher.
